PROJECT 1

FINAL MODEL IMAGES

My Job was to build the entire site. We decided to cut the section through the house but also through the site, so it would follow the sites walls. In this way, the house would be cut directly in half but also the site would.

ANALYSIS DRAWINGS
The analysis i did was quite specific in terms of all 4 required drawings. With the relationship between the house and outdoor area, i shaded in the house with darkened lines for the edges to differentiate between the indoor and outdoor areas.
With the major areas of the house, i found out by study, that the house is structured in a way were specific linear elements determine the placement of rooms. The Red lines show this by the assistance of the various shading devices i used to seperate each area of the house
Lastly, the structure and circulation was combined into one. The thinner lines represent the shorter walls within the house in comparison to the darker lines representing the higher load bearing walls.
Lastly, the problem with my drawings came down to the presentation structure. The drawings did not follow a certain consistent format throughout each page. Ive taken note and will put into effect in future assignments
